What can I say? We all have our strengths and weaknesses! I am a complete techno-phobe, and Steve does his best, but can no longer beat the kids’ high scores on the X Box. Still, I think that it was probably Jack who left the oven on…he does do most of the cooking after all!
Yep, we love films! We use a lot of quotes and phrases in our house. Sometimes, we’ve said them for so long that we can’t always remember where they came from! Here are a few of our favourites, there will probably be a re-match in the near future!
If you answer the front door wearing paint covered clothes, people assume they’ve called whilst you are really busy, and tend not chat for too long. This is useful if you get a lot of salesmen knocking on your door. Almost worth keeping a set of clothes in the hall! Anyway (picks up paint brush) I must get on…
Steve has managed to turn stacking plates into an art form. When we stop for lunch, he sometimes spends so long arranging the crockery back onto the tray, that it looks like a piece of modern sculpture!
Hmmn.. probably best not to say anymore in case it causes an argument!

Yes, I admit it – I have sent emails out in Steve’s name, but never to friends or family. Only to get jobs done that Steve can’t be bothered to do. Anyway, he sometimes sends texts from my phone so we’re both as bad as each other!
If anyone knows a cure for snoring that actually works, please let us know!
When our son lettered this strip (earlier today) he said “So now you’re making fun of me!” I’m not, honestly, it’s just that I love how engrossed our kids can get with their games. I am useless at games and Steve gets motion sick, so we’re just jealous really!
